The Bookmark Properties dialog is accessible by pressing the "Props" button while Adding/Editing Bookmarks or by selecting "Collection Properties" from the right-click context menu of the Bookmark Results Window.

 

Bookmark Property Attributes

 

Description

Provides an overall description for all bookmarks within this document's bookmark collection.

 

Author

Names the original author of this bookmark collection.

 

 

Structures

Identifies the set of structures used by this bookmark collection. Only one structure definition library can be associated with a collection of bookmarks.

 

File

Displays the filename and path of the bookmark collection. This area will be blank if the bookmark collection has not been saved (as demonstrated above).
